The admin account for Safecom is locked:

If you make a couple of incorrect login attempts with an Admin account in Safecom, that account is locked for 20 minutes.

After that you can log in with the account again.

It is recommended to create at least one extra Admin account and to change the password on the original account.

(Then you can always unlock locked admin accounts and access the solution).
