Error code (74) when importing users

This message more or less means "User has been deleted but not redacted", In the newer Safecom versions they have added a "Redact user data" function.

So the users exist as deleted users in the database.

Either you choose "Redact" when you delete users (then all their print history is deleted/anonymized).

Or if you need to import the deleted user again, you log into Safecom admin and under the "Users" drop-down menu there is "Redact User Data", there you can search for specific users and do a "redact" or clicking on " Find" which will bring up all users who have been deleted that still have data left in the environment.
