How-to do a clean re-install of the 3manager collector
- Stop the 3manager SNMP service

Navigate to the printer agent folder which is located in one of the following directories:
- c:\users\all users\printeragent
- c:\users\all users\application data\printeragent
- c:\appdata\printeragent
- Delete the entire folder.
- Download the data collector online and re-try the installation.
